| Newspaper Clipping | The following newspaper article appeared in The Binghamton Press on July 5, 1919: Miss Leona J. Farrell, daughter of Mrs. Maria Farrell of 6 Gold Street, and Frank J. Kroboth, Jr., of this city, were married Thursday night at 8:30 o'clock in the parochial residence of St. Paul's Church by the Rev. Andrew J. Comerford. They were attended by Miss Clara Farrell, a sister of the bride, and Walter Kettle. The bride wore a gown of navy blue beaded georgette crepe with a hat of beige color and a corsage bouquet of bridal roses. Her attendant wore navy blue over satin in a corresponding shade and her corsage bouquet was of pink roses. After the ceremony a wedding dinner was served at the bride's home to the members of the immediate family. A pink color scheme was employed in the table appointments. The table was centered with a crystal basket of pink roses tied with a tulle bow and pink candles in crystal holders afforded Illumination. For favors there were pink nut baskets. Mr. and Mrs. Kroboth left that night for a trip to New York and upon their return will reside in this city. The bride's traveling suit was of navy blue serge. For more than a year Mrs. Kroboth has been employed as a stenographer in the editorial rooms of The Binghamton Press. . |
